Defoamer 2500
Foam control for aqueous systems
Designed for aqueous industrial systems that need quick foam knock-down and long-lasting suppression. Water-based and free of oily hydrocarbons or silicones; compatible with most processing systems and effective in high-surfactant environments.
- 🧪 Technical Data: Appearance: Opaque, off-white; Specific Gravity: 0.90; Solubility: Complete.
- ⚙️ Use Instructions: Dose to knock down or prevent foam; optimum dosage varies by system and is best verified by trial.
- 💧 Dispensing: Add directly to the foaming aqueous system or feed into water-curtain booths as needed.
- 🔩 Metals: Process additive for coolant/washer systems; broadly compatible with aqueous processes (not a metal surface treatment).
Draw Plus 125 (Vanishing Oil)
Light-duty stamping / drawing
Low-odor, colorless solvent-based vanishing oil for light-duty stamping, blanking and drawing on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Evaporates rapidly, leaving a slight residue that in most cases can be painted without additional cleaning.
- 🧪 Technical Data: Appearance: Clear, colorless liquid; Residual film: Slight residue; Specific Gravity @ 60°F: 0.755; Flash point: 125°F.
- ⚙️ Use Instructions: Use as received.
- 💧 Dispensing: Apply by spray, brushing, rolling or dipping.
- 🔩 Metals: Works on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
