PM 1450
Premium alkaline cleaner for paper mills
High-chelant alkaline cleaner for all areas of the paper mill—plastic wires, dandy rolls, save-alls, boilouts, felts, suction rolls and coating systems. Effective on titanium salts, clays, dyes, pigments, alumina, hard-water salts and more.
- 🧪 Technical Data: Appearance: dark brown liquid; pH (conc.) > 13; Foam: medium; Rinsing: complete.
- ⚙️ Use Instructions: Plastic wires & dandy rolls: 10–100%. Wet-end foaming: 20–50%. Boilouts: 0.5–1.5% for ~2 hrs at 130–140°F. Press felt cleaning: 5–10%.
- 💧 Dispensing: Foaming application on fourdrinier/headbox frames/foils; suitable for batch or continuous cleaning.
- 🔩 Metals: Intended for paper machine systems and components; verify compatibility on sensitive alloys.
PM Brite-3
Acid cleaner / brightener (aluminum-safe process cleaner)
Non-phosphoric, non-sulfuric, non-HF aluminum cleaner that dissolves scale binding pulp/paper soils. Great for wet-end foam cleaning and brightening dryer hoods after degreasing; removes calcium/alumina salts and other acid-sensitive soils.

- ⚙️ Use Instructions: Wet-end foaming: 10–50%. Dryer hoods: 10–30% through a foam generator.

PM Eco Wash
Heavy-duty cleaner for dryer sections
Ready-to-use liquid concentrate for tough dryer-section soils—frames, screens, hoods. Quickly emulsifies soils for complete rinsing; can be applied via foam generator, steam cleaner or manual methods. LF version available for Helio-Jet systems.

PM Paper Brite-N
Neutral-pH brightness booster / cost reducer
Raises brightness 2–3 points with ~15-minute response, helping reduce bleaching costs (typical dosage 4–6.5 lb/finished ton). Supports fast adjustments during furnish swings and can offset peroxide/hydrosulfite additions.

- ⚙️ Use Instructions: Apply on-machine as directed to meet target brightness quickly; adjust dose per ton as needed.

SP 9400
Acid cleaner for mills (aluminum brightener)
Specialized acid/surfactant blend for paper, steel and petro facilities. Removes oxide films and buildup from exhaust/petroleum soils; brightens aluminum and cleans stainless steel, painted surfaces and multiple alloys.
- 🧪 Technical Data: Appearance: pale yellow liquid; pH (conc.) ~2.5; Specific Gravity: ~1.068; Foam: medium; Emulsification: rapid, complete; Phosphates: none.
- ⚙️ Use Instructions: Heavy soils: neat to 1:10. Medium: 1:10–1:20. Light: 1:25–1:75. General cleaning: 1:50–1:100.
- 💧 Dispensing: Chemical spray arches, spray guns, brush or soak.
- 🔩 Metals: Aluminum, steel, chrome, stainless and various alloys; always validate on sensitive substrates.
