Bulk Glass Cleaner

Concentrated streak-free glass cleaner

Concentrated surfactant blend for glass and hard surfaces; leaves a streak-free finish when diluted to use concentration.

  • 🧪 Technical Data: pH (conc.) ~9.3; SG ~0.975; clear blue liquid.
  • ⚙️ Use Instructions: Dilute 1:10–1:50 depending on soil; wipe dry.

Citrus-based industrial cleaner/degreaser

Blend of citrus and non-petroleum solvents for heavy soils; use neat for stubborn deposits or dilute for economical general cleaning (pH ~10.8 @ 5%).

  • ⚙️ Use Instructions: Neat to 1:20 depending on soil load.

Extreme Clean Plus (SP15)

Heavy-duty alkaline cleaner (vehicles & facility)

Concentrated alkaline cleaner with strong rinsing; suitable for food plants and transportation—bugs, carbon, and oils; lubricates automatic wash brushes.

  • 🧪 Technical Data: pH @1% ~10.9; clear liquid; density ~9.01 lb/gal.
  • ⚙️ Use Instructions: Heavy 1:3–1:10; medium 1:10–1:20; light 1:25–1:75.
  • 💧 Dispensing: Spray arches, steam/high-pressure guns, brush; floor scrubbers 2–6 oz/gal.

Glass Cleaner (SP 805)

All-purpose glass cleaner

Streak-free formula for glass and many hard surfaces (chrome, stainless, plastic, enamel, ceramic tile, porcelain). Use as delivered; spray and wipe.

  • 🧪 Technical Data: pH (conc.) ~9.3; SG ~0.989; clear blue liquid.
  • ⚙️ Use Instructions: Spray ~6–8" from surface; wipe with dry paper towel.
  • 💧 Dispensing: Trigger sprayer.
  • 🔩 Metals: For listed hard surfaces; do not use on wood/varnish; always spot test.

Lift Quick Floors

Industrial neutral cleaner/degreaser

Neutral cleaner with strong oil affinity; supports spray washers, ultrasonic systems, and floor cleaning programs with low residue.

  • 🧪 Technical Data: Neutral-based detergents; glycol ether solvents; NSF review completed.
  • ⚙️ Use Instructions: 3–10% in ultrasonic; ~5% for floor cleaning; 3% (1:30) at ~140°F in spray washers.

Quat sanitizer/disinfectant (EPA Reg. 10324-81-110)

4-chain quaternary sanitizer/disinfectant for hard, non-porous surfaces in food & beverage, hospitals, transportation and industrial settings.

  • 🧪 Technical Data: pH 6.8–7.4; SG ~0.99; broad-spectrum efficacy per label.
  • ⚙️ Use Instructions: Food-contact sanitize at 150–400 ppm (no rinse); disinfect ~450 ppm with 10-min wet time.
  • 💧 Dispensing: Sponge/brush/cloth/mop/immersion as labeled.
  • 🔩 Metals: For hard, non-porous compatible surfaces; follow full EPA label.

Maxi Clean Floor (SP 1384)

High-performance floor cleaner

Heavy-duty alkaline floor cleaner for auto scrubbers or mop-and-pail; removes grease, oil and tire marks; excellent rinsability.

  • 🧪 Technical Data: Clear water-white liquid; SG ~1.03; biodegradable; rinses clean.
  • ⚙️ Use Instructions: Auto scrubbers 1–5%; mop & pail 5–10%.

Shop Floor Cleaner

General purpose alkaline cleaner

Heavy-duty, liquid alkaline cleaner designed to penetrate and remove tough greases and soils. Excellent in floor scrubbers; can be used with manual spray wands as a foaming cleaner, or mop & bucket.
